Mel Orellana

Mel is President and CEO for Prime Building Services in Armonk. His construction company is headquartered in Armonk with a large client population in North Castle and the surrounding towns. Mel has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years. He previously served as a Vice President at M&T Bank and former sales wholesaler at JP Morgan Chase.

Mel currently serves as a volunteer on the town’s Architectural Review Board. His deep knowledge of the construction field has enabled him to serve as an integral part of this committee. Mel and his wife Danielle, a native to Armonk, are very active in the town while raising their three young daughters.
